SaharaVia was founded with a simple mission: to help travelers experience the real Morocco through the eyes of the people who call it home. Created by Mohamed Boum, who was born and raised in the Sahara Desert near Merzouga, the company is built on a lifelong connection to Morocco’s landscapes, culture, and traditions.
Growing up in the desert, Mohamed learned the value of Berber hospitality, local traditions, and the stories that have been passed down through generations. Those experiences inspired him to create journeys that go beyond sightseeing, offering travelers authentic encounters with Morocco’s people, history, and breathtaking scenery.
Today, SaharaVia is powered by a trusted team of experienced local drivers and guides who share the same passion for their country. Every itinerary is carefully designed, every route is personally selected, and every guest is welcomed with the warmth and hospitality that Morocco is known for.
